
Training Services
Training is an integral part of maintaining an effective FSMS. We offer a
variety of training in multiple delivery models to ensure that it meets the
customer requirements.

Regular Training
Along with regular audits, we conduct regular training for staff awareness. Effective training and staff awareness will aid in improving and implementing hygiene standards. We can do this on a regular basis and also based on management’s requirements.

FosTac Training
FosTac (Food Safety Training and Certification) is a training program mandated by FSSAI, the regulatory and standards of India. Every food establishment is required to have one certified food safety supervisor for every 25 food handlers. We have trainers who can aid in conducting these FSSAI certification courses. We are partnered with an FSSAI Training partner. The duration of the courses varies from a 4-hour course for food handlers to 2 days for some of the special programs.

Value Addition Training Courses
Providing the real scenario from the Food Industry to the student community is very important for them to gain practical knowledge. In this regard, we offer value-added courses on the basics of food safety and hygiene aspects to students as well as Diploma schools based on their needs, appraising them of prevalent practices, latest developments, and Job opportunities in this field. We provide short-term and long-term value addition courses for the students/ institutions depending on the needs. To date, we have conducted 3 long-term courses (30 hours each and nearly 250 students were part of the course) and 3 short courses. We can customize the course depending on your requirements.
